Oh what FUN we're having......

This post is really for my sister and her husband who are at the moment enjoying the sights, food and atmosphere of Hong Kong. What a great place. I hope they are having a wonderful time. While they're away, we have been given the opportunity to look after their little treasures. Oh what FUN we're having. I'll let the photos do most of the talking.

Icecreams on a hot Saturday afternoon

Being pushed around by big Sis

and big Cousin

Fishing down at the river. Eva reeled in two Bream proudly.
She wasn't too keen on getting close to the fish.

Rose reeled in two as well.

Bath time FUN!!!

 Dinner time

With YUMMY dessert :o)

Colouring in and drawing

Bouncing fun

Lots of room to run and ride

Mastering the power wing

More colouring in. These two have spent hours and hours like this. What a wonderful way to spend the day. I'm amazed at how much influence all this drawing and colouring has done to Rose's drawing and colouring abilities.
(Might do a little post on that at a later date)

Movie and snack time

And MARBLES!!! This little fella LOVES marbles. When hes not in bed he usually has one or two in his hand/s. He has had much joy from these.

Posted by PicasaWell, I hope you enjoyed these few photos Bots of what has been going on around here. Eva and Maddox miss you lots, but are also having a ball. We are loving every moment with them. They are real treasures.
Not sure I want you to come back and take them away :o)

Love Monty xx

Birthday cards....

Thought it was about time to post a few cards I've made recently.
I love this robot stamp. It is part of a set of 6 stamps that I bought from my local stationary shop. So cute and great for creating cards for the boys friends birthdays.
Its so much fun colouring them in.

I just love this stamp that also came with the robot set. In case you can't read it, it says "boys will be boys". So true!!

This is the other robot in the set. This card was made by 6 year old Travis for his friend Hamish's 6th birthday. He did a beautiful job.

Here is the card I made for my dad. We recently went to Perth to celebrate his birthday with him. Hope he didn't mind that his card arrived a week later :o(

Posted by PicasaHopefully these cards have inspired you somewhat. I just wish I had more time to create cards instead of having to do them at the last minute and everyone receiving them later than their birthday. I hope to share a different project with you sooner (rather than later) but you'll have to wait to see what it is.
Hope you're having a good day.

Cheers, Monty

New Boat......

After much searching and bargaining, Nick has a NEW boat. Its a ripper!! The day after he brought it home we decided to take it for a little rip out on the river.
Was a wonderful morning enjoyed by the whole family.

I'll let the photos tell you of what the family thinks of it.

Miss muffet didn't like the other boat and told us loudly that she was going to stay home while we went on the boat. Needless to say, after only a little while she was off my lap and standing up while we were driving. She loves the new boat.

Here is a pic of the whole boat taken a week later.
Its first (and definately not its last) successful fishing trip.

Sorry about the big gap in posts. Life has been rather hectic. Hope you are all going well. All the best for the last few weeks of the term.

Cheers, Monty
