When it was time to go home I was looking for the kids. They were playing hide and seek in the long grass. They were having soooo much fun, I just wanted to go and join them. They were not too happy about having to go home.

We went with the Schoof family. It was great fun for everyone.
At the " hidey hole" as the kids call it, trying to spot some different types of birds. All they saw were ducks. Maybe the noise level had something to do with it :)

Waiting for everyone to group back together again
The kids find themselves a leaf, place a drop of water on it and try to make it to the car without it falling off. Was a very time consuming activity, but everyone loved the challenge. The bigger the drop of water, the harder it was to keep. Once they start to roll, there is no holding them back.
This is the one Travis had. He was talking to me when a gust of wind blew up the side of his leaf and the droplet rolled straight off :(
